Dancer Archive

As languages can be taught to people, and others can own droids and CH trained pets, what if dancers could teach dancing?

I'm not talking about being able to teach any dancing that would cure stats or have any useful ability, I'm referring to formal ball room dancing of some sort.

SWG is going to suffer if it ever wants to get to the point where large social gatherings are had. It already is unfortunate that eating expensive food has no graphics and you can't nurse a glass of wine, but surely the dancers could advocate a form of public dancing.

I envision something like where two people can pair up and if they both have learned the dance (and maybe some advanced steps) can do a dance routine that maybe lasts 2-3 minutes.

Any thoughts?

We would rather have pairs-dancing -- where someone can dance *with* a dancer who has the actual skill.

I would be *ok* with adding /dance1 and /dance2 letting random people do a few different *simple* dances on their own but nothing fancy, doing any more would pretty much ruin our profession.

You *already* have /dance which does a rather formal style of dancing.

I also wish that you could choose to dance a mirror image of the animation (so two people could dance together). Maybe /dancemirror on|off
