New ability for Master Dancer or Master Musician: Healing Orb

This is for the private club owner and projects the same effect as going to a public cantina when no-one is present, in that it gives some mind healing effect just being in the establishment. This would put us at par with public cantinas and I think that is a fair thing.

One last thought...

As scouts progress they can craft higher lvl camps. I believe Musicians get to craft higher lvl instruments as they progress. It seems Dancers get nothing along these lines so perhaps this should be an excusive ability for Dancers.
