Whats the new Register on a Planitary Map skill do we get at Novice?

KK from my xp on this I went into a Cantina and "Registered" and that was it nothing more!!!!!! It did make the home on the char stats from my house back to Wanderer! Would love to know if this does anything or is just something they thought they should add as a bs ability!

From what we could tell in our cantina, when you look at the planetary map under cantinas, there are moons next to each of the cantinas. Once you register, a sun appears next to the cantina you register in. After you leave the cantina, your registration is revoked.
Since novice doctors also get this skill, we surmised that it was meant to be some method of letting adventurers know when/where entertainers/doctors were in residence.

I tried this on Dathomir and it did not work. Game a message that the location did not support registration. And I was in the Tavern and Cantina at the time.
