Well, there are the macros for starting and stopping dancing, /startdance and /stopdnace, and another for changing from one dance to another, /changedance. Then there is the flourish macro, /flourish #, the '#' is a number between 1 and 8, and the group flourish macro, /bandflourish #, again, replace the # with 1-8.

Those are all I can think of off the top of my head, should be enough to get you started.

Please make sure you're using macros for one reason only: to free your hands up to chat with the patrons, not to become an AFK zombie.

You can write a long macro as stated above and put it in a text file in your star wars galaxies directory. It should be named whatever.txt--the extension is important. Then inside the file your macro should look like this:

Dancer: /startdance basic;/pause 7;/Flourish 5;/pause 30;.......

You'll want to insert /tell myname half-way done; or something at certain points to tell yourself where youare in the macro process.

Once you have this file created, in-game you load it thus:

/load start_it.txt

the game responds with: aliases loaded from start_it.txt

/dancer

..and away you go.

To stop the execution of one of these macros, type /dump.

If you want to combine a sequence of flourishes to dance seamless or be able to chat more unhindered, the /pause <time> is very important too.

For an example. /startdance formal; /flo <number>; /pause <time>; /flo number>; /pause <time>; ...../stopdance; /pause <time>; /tell <your name> dance finished;

To figure out the pauses I go normaly in the theatres to practice. The "tell"remembers you, that the macro has stoped. It sounds stupid to rember themself, but for me it was every time a help.

I hope I could help in beeing a better dancer, not a better Zombie.
