Thread: *UPDATE* for Ravenmist and everyone.
After many many csr's tickets.. frusteration,anger etc. and aslo jsut having a csr tell me to put in a but report for this mater the csr's can not fix bug ..
I posted a not so nicely ticket thought for sure that would make the end of swg for me. as i had totaly lost my temper cause of the first csr's response.and after the end of the response i said i ws closeing my account and leaveing this game that i felt if all the csrs can do is give me the run around it wasnt worth playing anymore..I got a csr named

After speakign to TimothyV. after his screen shots that he took of me and him puting up with me threatining bodly harm to him if he broke me worse..he did a full charactor restore ? which took a good amount of time.
I can now happly announce I CAN DANCE AGAIN..this only took two weeks..
so SOE if you are actulay listening PLEASE GIVE HIM A RAISE AND FIRE ALL YOUR OTHER CSR'S..

Wish I could of been more help but I'm really glad to hear things finally worked out.
LoL raven im sure if they ever get any more csr tickets from me they all will run and hide going oh no not again..
i do think the devs still need to look into this..i would hate to see this happen to anyone else..

anyways ..it felt good to dance again. its almsot two am and im ready for bed..now to get me out of my cantina.. hmm dont count on it anytime soon..*grins*

Aye i have a good patience for a bit.. i think it was my guild who kepted me going more then anything.. gota love them boys..i did eventulay stop loging in..when i would log in it was only to put csr tickets hehehe
once they would reply i would log out..
but mainly the boys in my guild is what kepted me going..*sends them all a big kiss*

leana give me a break it was done as a joke and the csr knew that.. he was jokeing back with me on it himself.if you cant take a joke in life then you have a problem..is one thing abotu this world some ppl dont have a sense a humor about anything..and take everything offensive..
and if you went thru what i had went thru for 2 weeks then you wouldnt be here trolling..
