Has anyone noticed an issue with flourishes in exotic 3 & 4, maybe others too, where there are only flourishes 1, 2, 3 & maybe 4? All of the other flourishes seem to be the chimmy action. I haven't quite pinned this down yet but it seems that things are different whilein a macro than typing /flourish #. Any feedback on this would be appreciated. I recently got Master Dancer and have a lot to learn still...

Uhm... not to jump to conclusions, but this is a well know fact even for exotic1 & 2. How did you manage to reach master without watching yourself dancing these two ?

yes i've seen it in exotic, i didnt really notice it in ne of the other dances. but then i was chatting tryin to keep from goin brain dead. and yes it is exotic 5-8 that does the chimmy.

Off the top of my head as I am at work, exotic one and two are the same except for the basic animation where you have hands up or down. The only unique flos are 1 and 2 as 3 is a repeat of 2 and 4-8 are all the shimmy from rhythmic 3.

Exotic 3 unique flos are 1 & 3 and 4-8 as above from rhythmic 3. Memory fails me on flo 2 right now

Exotic 4 unique flos are 1 & 2 (3 repeats 2) and 4-8 as above from rhythmic 3.

So basically, if you combine the flos from all four exotics you only have 6 (poss 7 but I can't recall right now) unique flourishes and a couple of different base animations. Not even enough for one dance really if you compare it to the others. Yes the devs are fully aware of it, as are all dancers who actually danced their way to master (sorry to assume but I really fail to see how you can dance through the exotics and NOT notice this).

I would really love them to give us some unique flos for all these dances and add more, all in time I suppose...

1. Mantis left side

2. Slow turn

3 Mantis right side

These are off the top of my head Ill check my dance card later. Flourish 7 is key here because it does a nice mix with popuar flourish 7.

Yes, we need 8 unique flourishes for each dance.

Probably not going to happen any time soon, but we can always hope.

Oh please nooooooooooooooooooooooooooo we need some repeating flourishes for upshift/downshift purposes. It is very important we keep some repeating flourishes in the bag of tricks so that a smooth transition from one dance to another can be made. You can do this by mixing too but sometimes a repeatign flourish is better.

I too just finally made master and was wondering which flourishes work. It is indeed a shame that we work all the way up to dances that don't fully perform like they should. But I have faith that they will eventually fix it, and I will not drop Master Dancer so I will be around when they do!

Well same for lyrical, I personally only use the 4 first ones.
