Which one do I want to get as high as possible to regenerate my action? I never know which one does what.

Thanks

All I get is a quickness buff. My action never lowers as long as that's there and all's I'm doing is my dancing, and no pvp as well.

Quickness reduces the cost per flourish to your Action and Stamina increases the recharge rate of your Action. If you want to be assured of never running out of action, migrate as much as you can to Stamina and get it buffed.

In my humble opinion, if you are a human entertainer you shouldn't ever need a buff for entertaining. As a human master entertainer/master musician with my Action, Quickness, and Stamina all migrated to their max, I was able to /flo and throw around effects with impunity, never having to worry about my action depleting. Of course, I normally don't spam flo's, all you need is 2 per tic for maximum music xp and 1 per tic for maximum dance--and of course since music/dance xp don't matter to me anymore since I'm a master.

Hope these posts help you out some!

My action pools:

Action: 400

Quickness: 1000

Stamina: 1000

I NEVER EVER run out of action, hence the tiny action pool.

I've done some experimenting and you can survive without having to worry about running out of action with either a quickness OR a stamina buff.

Also, there's nothing wrong with NOT migrating your stats, and choosing to get a buff from a doctor. I never migrated mine; I relied on heals from fledgling medics or had a secondary buffed. Part of the beauty of this game is our reliance on each other (in my opinion, anyway).
