Yes, it is the holo grinders who are the AFKers and the spammers. They are the ones yelling for tips and to watch them free and to heal them. They are the ones who have ruined the cantina atmoshpere and run the rest of us out of the chaos.
Come to my cantina on Rori....will heal, buff and chat with you. The player cantinas are owned by real entertainers, not AFKers. Look at the name on the cantina (most smart owners post them) and send a tell asking for their attention in the cantina.

Please I want someone to talk to in the cantina. It's boring talking to a bot when all she says is"Group me if I'm not in a group"

a lot of us in here don't afk. i'm afraid you're talking to the wrong crowd

Those are generally Holoer's doing the macros. You can just add them to your ignore list, and find a non-afk person in the crowd... usually 1 or 2 are around.

There are only two things better than a macro asking to 'group me if i'm not already in one'.
1)The bot being the leader
2)The person not AFK but still saying it.

My favorites are something like this:
"Please heal my action and tip me"
Followed by:
"Group me if I am not grouped"
Then have 10 people running this. Fun stuff.
I thought it was pretty funny when I saw the guy ask for heals AND a tip in the same sentence. I usually tip those types with a /tell. SOmething like: You asked for a tip and here is a GREAT one. Don't be AFK and maybe you will get some tips."

I'd suggest making your plea in Coronet or Theed cantinas, but it would be fruitless. The ones you want to ask to stop the afk are... you guessed it... afk.
i've done my time (which wasn't that long, and was mostly overnight, a looong time ago), but i'm now clean
gives a new definition to AA O.o

But seriously, Pappi was right. I'd say the vast majority ofthe dancers on this forum are against the AFKing, in varying degrees at least. Preaching to the choir here.
I'd suggest making your plea in Coronet or Theed cantinas, but it would be fruitless. The ones you want to ask to stop the afk are... you guessed it... afk.
