I stopped by Moenia today to pick up some wedding clothes from my tailor, and I noticed someone dressed quite silly in front of the starport.
I then saw that the name of this NPC was "Bertos Goodner (a dancer)". Thinking it was just one of the stanard NPCs that give you missions, I talked to her (I think it was a she), why not. What she said confused me though.
"Greetings. I mostly only dance for space pilots and those hoping to become pilots. Since you are neither, I bid you farewell."
Does anyone know if this is some kind of JTL content for dancers? Some kind of completely non-entertainer related JTL that happened to come from 'a dancer'? Or, fearfully, an NPC dancer that would heal BF/mind wounds for pilots?

I talked to (I assumed a him) him the last day I played beta and all he did was give hints on where to find pilot trainers, ship chasiss brokers, etc. He also offered to dance, and that's kind of neat to watch an NPC do. It's just a short little jig and doesn't do anything overtlybeneficial like heal BF or wounds.

I talked to him just the other day, prior to signing up to be a pilot. He is related, to the quests, but when he offered to dance I took him up on it. The dance is short, about the length of one flo. The dance also seems to change or cycle each time he does it. One of the "short dances" looks reminiscent of part of a flo from Poplock, but the other one I saw was looked unique to me. I had to say I liked the dance. It could be related to the new dances that are in the .tre files. I still want whatever dance he was doing. It was masculine, had a kind of "jig" look to it.
