I just noticed that I'm not healing my own BF and mind wounds now. Anyone else having this problem?

Bug, tends to get stuck though once it happens. Try /stopwatch a few times.

If it keeps doing it, you can try a reinstall.

Change yourlocation. I know it sounds weird, but I've been I got suck unable to heal myself in one of the bases in my city and moving to another corrects the problem. This used to happen to me a lot. Relogging and shuttling also seems to work.
