So im trying to figue out clothing attachments and came across something. As a twi'lek, I get a bonus of +15 to Battle fatigue healing. Now i have 2 BF clothing attachments + 5 each, (so +10) and with the 115 I already have, it puts me at 125.. Now if I add another +15 to battle fatigue, will it be effective? it will give me + 25 with attachments, but +140 total with natural bonuses. Would I be wasting perfectly good CA's on something I can't use? Any help would be appreciated!
Thanks!

Racial enhancers are considered always on CA's, so they just lessen the amount you need to cap at +25

Yes indeed, I found that outmyself. Usally people often tip more the slower you heal really they do. If you had a person who's healing you 10 points of wound damage compare to the guy who's healing you 2000 points of damage. Your probably going to tip the first guy due to his labor.

Are you sure about this? I don't believe the stat is capped at 125 per se, but that the additional bonuses are capped at +25. If you look at a master dancer stats on a Twi'lek, it doesn't read +100/+115. It reads +115 and then you add tapes it would become +115/+140 (assuming you had +25 worth of tapes). This is very hard to test systematically, at least with entertainer healing wounds and/or battle fatigue since there is an element of randomness to each healing tick. You'd have to do a bunch of tests with people who have 1000BF and record the times it takes to heal them with and without additional bonuses and take the average over say 10 with bonused clothing (at +25), 10 with bonused clothing (atbetweensay +10 to +15)and 10 without bonused clothing.

I have +25 of musician battle fatigue healing in my clothing (still looking for dancer BF healing tapes, only at +7 there). I can do this test, if I can get enough people to be the victims. If there is enough interest, I could try starting a thread on the Eclipse forums to sollicite volunteers to do this test. Musician will be harder to see the difference with than dancer, though, since the Twi'lek species bonus for music is only +5. Thus,so you would need to compare +20 vs. +25 which might not be near as noticable.

Quite right Selandria.

Edit: You're saying the cap is at 125, even though it reads at 140, right?

Yes, the cap is +25 non skill box related points. As far as the game is concerned the racial bonuses are like "skin attachments". This was asked ages ago by the combatants in regards to certain species getting combat bonuses, devs stated that racial bonuses are counted same as skill tapes. Only bonuses you pay skill points for stack higher.

I dunno, I get at least a few comments about quick heals that go along with 5k-ish tips. Considering that people usually tip between 5k and 10k for a mind buff I considered that they value the extra speed on healing fairly well.

It's coming into play a lot more with JTL now, as well, and all the ground TK's coming in with 1k BF.

Uhhhh...it's +5 Battle Fatigue Healing (both music and dance) and +15 Wound Healing (both music and dance) as the Twi'lek racial bonuses.

I do have +25 in Myoflex treated clothing (for Wound Healing, both types) and clothing attachments for Battle Fatigue Healing (Music) specifically. The Wound Healing is sickeningly easy to get the maximum of +25 added modifiers, through bio-clothing in a single item of clothing. There are manystyles of headgear, shirt, pants, skirt and dress that can be made with the capped +25 amount. You can also drink Corellian Ale (for music wound healing) or eat Carmelized Pk'neb (for dance wound healing) for an added bonus depending on how well-made the drink/food is. That does stack with racial and clothing bonuses.

Fatigue Healing can only be boosted with clothing attachments. There are no chef-made items for it, and no bio-engineered tissue affects it. I also have +25 (okay, actually +26, but only +25 counts) in Battle Fatigue Healing (Music) CAs.

I'm currently at:

+125 Musical Mind Enhancement
+130 Wound Healing (Music) [before Corellian Ale]
+130 Battle Fatigue Healing (Music)

I'll add another +10 to my Wound Healing (Music) when I re-Master Entertainer -- for the...sixth time, I think. I've had to drop it so I can take Novice Medic in order to get the pathetic Force SensitiveWound Healingabilities, which will add another +20 Wound Healing (both music and dance).

Without a doubt, all of these bonuses add up. I've tried leaving off various amounts of modifiers from my clothing, and I heal faster with all of them on. The maximum amount healed per 'tick' seems slightly variable, but I'm not into doing hard number-crunching like Tiaga.

All stats are maxed a 125

Even if it reads higher it doesn't do anything.....I know because I was once a BE, and this use to be a HUGE HUGE debate almost daily until the Devs finally told us to "shut up! They are max at 125"

Not in those words exactly, but you get the point.

*Edit: But using food does take you past you 125 max*
