For now, I think Entertainer Missions are teh most.. stable way for an entertainer to make a living.

Being social, greeting people who walk in cantinas, finding a good spot and staying at the keyboard varying your routine and keeping it interesting. Give people somethign to watch and they'll pay you for it

Actually if you're looking for the best way to make money you want Pilot. You'll make tons of money selling parts to the Ship Chassis dealer. Plus once you get to tier 3 it's fairly easy to mine the asteroids and, depending upon your server, people might be paying 50cpu for certain types.

When you wish upon a falling star, your dreams can come true. Unless it's really a meteorite hurtling to the Earth which will destroy all life. Then you're pretty much hosed no matter what you wish for. Unless it's death by meteor.
