Thread: theatrical dance quest question

getting along fine with the quest so far but I have one question...

when the audience wants to see one flourish the "satisfy" thingy seems to go up fast

but when they want to see two it's slow.... any tips for when htey want to see mroe then one fourish?

Just put those two flourishes in your toolbar, pick another at random. Click all three in lightning speed.

Variety is the key - do not just spam the preferred flourishes over and over, also put in others occasionally (but obviously stay away from those they do NOT want to see)

Remove the ones they don't want completely, then you can't hit them accident, the ones they do want put first with another next to it. Hit a tab every second if you can.


Change dance often too.

so it even counts if your toon acualy doesn't perform the flourish? but "ques" it?

Yes, for dancers you can "perform" up to 5 flourishes in 8 seconds (at least that's the way it worked before CU, and I don't know that it has changed since). You may only see the animation from from the first one, but they all "counted" as having been done. They weren't actually queued, though, as that would mean that the system would wait until one finishes before the next one is done. That's the way it works for musician flourishes, but for dancer flourishes they are performed when executed, but the animations don't interrupt each other so if one animation is still running when the next flourish is hit, that animation is just skipped. If you go over the 5 flourishes in 8 seconds, the subsequent flourishes will be not be performed at all. You can tell this because you won't see the "You perform a flourish" message after you try to do a flourish.
