Dancer Archive

Hey all, i have a second character who is working on becomming a Master Dancer. It's on a different server and it has nothing to do with Holo's.( if i unlock my slot i want it on my main server). I just choose dancer because i like the role playing aspect of it.

Now, i just attained Novice Dancer....and when browsing the skill tree i didn't see anywhere that said "Buff Mind", or something like A buff stimpack, which the docs get. So.....how does one go about giving a Mind buff to another player?
