Thread: What is passive buffing?

Sorry, but I'm new to this stuff.


I know what an active buff is, setting /setperf on the person and making sure they watch you. But what is a 'passive buff'? and what is involved in getting it to work?


My understanding is that you can use 'passive buffs' on your entire group at once to give them all the mind buff at the same time. Is this the case? What does everyone have to do to get it to work?

they need to be in group with you AND use a /watch on you. then after the buffing is done, remind them to do a /stopwatch.
