Since I rarely get a Master Doctor action buff I've been relying on action enhancing foods and drinks. Unfortunately my regular chef has closed (arrrrgghhh!) and I am having trouble finding my usual foods and drinks at other vendors. Would those of you who also rely on foods and drinks please tell me which ones you use?
Thanks much,
Ikewe, Master Dancer Shadowfire

I use and stock on my vendor Accarragm +420 21 uses for 42 minutes. Works wonderful. I've been trying really hard to find someone that will make Scrimpi for me but as of yet I've only managed to find it randomly on different chef vendors.

Yes, as has been said, be careful to find only BE enhanced Accarragm for the greatest ease of use. I too made that mistake of getting some of thenon-BE stuff, but fortunately the fill is 50, so I can double-shot it (doing so has downtime though... the effects wear off in 30 minutes or so, and the filling lasts longer than that). As a note - non-enhanced Accarragm seems to float around the 200+ range to stats, whereas the BE stuff is normally 400+.
Kiwik Clusjo Swirl is also a good supplement, or good in a pinch. Depending on stats, one or two bites of this dessert will cover you. It generally has a much shorter duration though - in the 10-12 minute range from what I've seen. Good for when you get caught with a single buff request, and don't want to bother with the longer lasting Accarragm or quickness buffs.

I usually use Accarragm. Though, I got a bad order of it at one point and it was painful. I could only use one shot, and it only buffed me around +200. I've got some really great stuff now. Buffs me around 450 or so now.
Accarragm is good...just make sure it buffs enough.

There are also Artisan foods, if you can find someone who makes them: Blob Candy for Action and Teltier Noodles for Stamina. They are much less powerful than the Chef foods, but also low-filling.
