I'm glad to hear this went well! I'd like to drop by for one eventually (after I return from this vacation ). I hope you'll keep posting about this in the Musician forum too.

Thanks and hugs out to everyone who came out for Flurry's first ever Cantinapalooza event. You helped make the event a great success. For those of you who missed it, here are some of the highlights. We visited two of the largest rival guilds in the galaxy, one reb, one imp, and both were kind enough to open their cantinas to us. We also visited a neutral guild located among the scenic rock arch formations in the Tat. desert. We spent time among the new players in Mos Eisly, and we also performed on the steps of Theed palace, and, for those who stayed, finished off in the beautiful courtyard of Dee'ja Peak. The evening also featured two special performances. We kicked off the festivities with the galactic premier of my own rendition of "Get The Party Started" complete with backup singers and dancers from Celestial Storm. The song was choreographed to dance flourishes and special effects and I think made quite an impression. Those who were able to stay late with us (I apologize for it taking so long, but the effort to organize the final show were much greater than I had anticipated) were treated to the highlight performance of the evening. Six entertainers took over the stage, each dressed in a different newbie starter outfit to sing a new song called "T*I*N*A" (which advises young ents just starting out to check out the offerings at their local city 'tina) . Each entertainer alternated singing different parts of the song in a carefully timed sequence complete with dance flourishes and effects that you had to see to believe. What was even more amazing was that the performance was unrehearsed and went off nearly flawlessly except for a little bit of a timing or lag problem in the latter part of the routine (T*I*N*A became T*I*A*N ).

All in all it was a fun night, and I think everyone had a great time. Such a great time, in fact, that afterwards I was talking with some of my fellow Flurrians, and we agreed that we have to do it again - perhaps on a regular basis. For those of you who came and would like to do it again, or for those of you who couldn't make it, but would like to join us next time, stay tuned for details on Cantinapalooza Tour 2! (T*I*N*A was such fun that we will have to do that one again too, so you may get another chance to see it. ) Thanks again to everyone who was involved in planning, helping, participating or supporting! Oh, and for those who got them, save those souvenir hawtpants - those may become collector's items.
