Okay, just wondering if after I place a cantina, I can drop dancer and keep the cantina? Is this possible or do you have to keep master dancer?

all indications point to you having to be a master dancer or musician to keep the cantina standing. otherwise it just falls over and you are left standing ona big heap of rubbish. that is, if soe would let building fall into big heaps of rubbish. so yeah, ya gotta keep that master dancer or musician around just for that building. same goes for the theater, and if they get around to releasing a player city version of the salon, you'll prolly have to be a master image designer to place and ownone. i hope that answers your question.

Actually the answer you got was incorrect, unless they just changed this. I know lots of people who placed cantinas and then later dropped dancer/musician/chef and they still own and operate the cantinas.

And I'm the current living proof.
Due to my penance, I'm not a master musician at the moment, yet my cantina still stands and is quite operable.
I'll be back to master soon though, so any other questions you have about it better come quick! :-D

Yep, the only checks the system performs on whether or not you're "qualified" for a cantina is when you use the deed to place it, or when the structure is being transferred to you.

Right, if you drop your masteryou can keep the cantina, however it can only be transferred toanother master dancer/musician/chef. And, of course, it has to stay within a player city's borders.

Nope a city can shrink and the cantina WILL remain.

Well, what I meant to say is that it has to be initiallyplaced within a city's limits. . . .

And I once again provide myself as living proof

i was just really looking for a reason to use the phrase heaps of rubbish. lol. actually i didn't know that. i thought you had to keep master dancer or musician. and since i've never dropped either, i've never had to testthat theory, nor do i want to.
