Hello! Thanks in advance for any information on this.
I was wondering if a dancer buffing inside of a private residence will work, or does dancers/musicians buffs only work in a cantina or a camp?
I was wondering, because I'm planning on hiring a dancer/musician to come in to my store, having set hoursto work(NOT buffbots), but wasn't sure if this would work or not. I thought it would be a nice thing to have in my tailoring store, though.

Yep, Entertainers can heal and buff in houses. Just like in cantinas. I think the house'sPrivacy needs to be set to public, though. For some reason, I seem to remember trying to heal BF and buff in a private house and it didn't work. Maybe I'm just making stuff up, though. haha.

If it's a tailor store, I assume you have vendors in there. And vendors can only be in public houses, so yes - an Entertainer can heal and buff in there. Give it a shot some time and check it out. It should work.

Buffing and healing work inside of private dwellings as well. I routinely hire entertainers to buff my jedi in his safe house (private, by definition). I think this was buggy before, since I do remember having problems with it in the past, but it seems to have been worked out.

Yes, buffing and healing can be done inside any player building (guild hall, residence, etc.) regardless of whether it's private or public. The only building I know of that's quirky is the player theater . . . sigh.

Yes, it does work in any PC house, regardles of status.
One of my favorite fun parts is to "do house calls" lol I just wish more people would ask me to.

I do house calls frequently for my best customers (100k tips and up), either I go to them, or they come to me! A very good service to get into, most pay extremely well for having their own personal "on call" buffer
I'm a tailor as well, and I constantly get tells asking if I can buff while I'm crafting, or putting stuff on my vendor, and it's very handy to be able to buffcustomers that come in looking for clothes.
