With a +25 on mind enhancement (expect to pay some Mill. credits for it,
mostly only payable by PA Buffbots) you have (as a Master) a skillmod
of +125 on mind enhancement.
So you will buff for 125 %.
i.e. someone with Mind 400 will get a buff of 500 for a total of 900.

funny thing is i can spend 10 mil getting a really high mind enhancement but get scorned for charging an extra 2k to buff someone. This is the state of the game on bloodfin it seems.

Yep, it's true. As far I can tell you don't get more money. It's just more likely your audience will remember you.

It's neither -- they'll still pass you up for any buffbot, even one that isn't master.
But yes, when I buff someone with a base mind pool of 1000 they will end up with 2250 when I'm finished.Message Edited by Doriana on 10-03-2004 12:21 PM
Hehe.
I guess that depends on your server. When I dance in the prime time on my server (European evening) and have my "Master Dancer" titled I sometimes get more audiences than I can handle at once.

Depends on where you dance, too.... People have been trained on our server to not even come to the cantina but to go to the hotel for a bot instead. I refuse to do that, if I'm dancing in public I'm not going to steal heal exp unless the group of levellers doesn't want me to join them... I guess in a way I play right into their plans.
I guess I came off cranky there.. My real point was don't search out DME/BF heal tapes thinking you'll get more tips, do it for you and to help the people you care about, not for recognition or money.

I've found quite the opposite to be true regarding mind enchancement CA's and tips. Even though I only have a +5, most everyone recognizes thatextra boostwhen they check their buff, and tip accordingly. I've never had a problem with such before....makes me sad to hear it.

I've buffeed a few people on Shadowfire, so far the lowest tip I've received is 10K, and I've gotten 2 50K tips. So far my new +25s dance suit is making some nice money.

Oh, erm, guess I already got high tips already then, heh.
Don't normally get less than 10k, occasional 20s/30s/50s/etc., and sometimes I swear people tip me while I'm LD because I can't figure out where the money came from in my "cash," but I don't notice getting more depending on what clothes I wear. I get tired of wearing the same thing and sometimes sacrifice some buff %age to actually wear different clothes, same tips. weird.
Maybe you just have more observant patrons, too.

Wow that's awesome.. my server, I usually get around 2k-8k.. every once in a while I'll get more, but that's rare. And people still prefer the buff bots. Buff bot groups are pretty much full a lot of the time now. 20 at a time!! While when I'm dancing at the keyboard, I'll only get a handful of buff patrons.
