One of my toons is working on Dancer atm and we all know buffing is the only way we make reasonable money for this prof, hence I have a ton of buff related questions for you long time pros.

First:

At what skill/point can you actually buff?

Novice Dancer... the skill is Mind Enhancement.

How long does it take at the novice level to buff?

Same as at master, you can do it in about 3 minutes 20 seconds if you flourish 5 times every 8 seconds.

What are the stats?

The buff amount is = (targetmind pool)* (your skill in Mind Enhancement) / 100 e.g. at novice you'd give a 10% buff or .1 times their mind pool.

Second:

Can Master Entertainers buff as well as the Master Dancer prof?

Master Entertainers can't buff at all.

If not what is the stats of a Master Entertainer vs Master Dancer (not the music part).

Master Entertainers cannot buff either dance or music. Not even a little bit.

Third:

If someone went 4/0/0/0 Dancer (just for sake of conversation) what would the buff stats be vs Master Dancer?

It's the Mind Enhancement skill.... see above. At 4/0/0/0 you get a 75% buff vs. 100% at master.

How much longer would it take to buff vs Master Dancer?

Time it takes to buff has nothing to do with skill level.

Fourth:

Are there any clothing attachments, droids or cloting that is recommended to give better/more potent or faster buffs? If so can you please list them?

There is no way really to give faster buffs. You want Dance Mind Enhancement Clothing Attachments to increase buff amount.

Lastly, can you please add any insight and or adivce concerning buffing?
