It is the novice dancer techniques tree, the + to 'mind enhancement'. Although, you won't be able to give a full buff until you have mastered, and most everyone wants the master level buff (master gives double the mind pool, for 2 hours, not counting any mind enhancer bonus clothing you might add, up to +25 possible, but rare and expensive)


At tech box 4 I believe that you give a 75% buff, but I won't swear to it, i never offered buffs before I mastered

yes tech 4 is 75% so perfectly useable.

hiya i am new to dancing and could you tell me when i git to buff minds cuz i dont see it in any skill tree
