Thread: exotic ? what am I doing wrong?
Nope, thats about the size of it. The only exotic with more than 2 reasonable flourishes is exotic3, which actually does have 3 different flourishes, but one it shares with exotic and exotic2.
The trick then is to combine the exotics with /changedance
Whats wrong with the picture? You get more flourishes at beginner level and less at higher level? Thats just plain ignorant lol. Thanks for answer..do you combine with formal /lyrical or what?
They'll probably fix their finished dances and do them right before doing new flourishes for other dances.. maybe they'll do others first tho but they promised not to do such a bad job finishing the rest, which we can all be thankful for.

The Exotic line is unfinished - and FYI, that "jello body shake" you described is actually a flourish from Footloose. It is NOT part of the Exotic flourish set. As you saw, it looks incongruous. It does not belong.
I typically only use /flo 1 and 2 with exotic, as 3 is the same as 2. That's it. But I have my hotkeys set up to /changedance between Exotic 2,3, and 4 (1 isn't nearly as smooth) so I can vary the flourishes as I vary the basic steps.
Our hope is that they flesh out (pun, sorry) the rest of the Exotic flourishes soon. Speaking for myself, I want nothing more than to tame a crystal rawl and wrap it around my neck while I dance, but I may be dreaming on that one
