Thread: Fame
This was linked over on the Musician board, but in case you don't go there, or didn't see it on the main boards, here is the original discussion by Two Shoes:

What do you think? If we can't fight in the Civil War, is Fame a good substitute goal for us after the chase for Master is done?
lol
Fame is met with stalkers in my opinion. I didnt read the original post on it but I can say as someone who is well known I would prefer an anonymous function be added in. I like being recognized but its very wearing when you just want to log in and chat with your friends.

I thought I recognized you! ![]()
Seriously - please read the original post to see what he's proposing. In this context "fame" would really be little more than Faction for entertainers. With high fame, I'd even like to see us get stat-enhancing items as quest rewards (once the stat-enhancers are fixed). Forget the AT-ST, I want a +20 buff chip for my flesh wrap ![]()
I am an entertainer. How else do I measure my success than fame?
I suggested somethiing like this almost a couple months back.
I think definitely Fame should be something for musicians and dancers to aspire for in the Galactic Civil War and it should have tangible benefits.
