BUG: Buff a player's Mind / Focus / Willpower, they die, they cannot be re-buffed for up to 2 hours regardless of cloning, being resucitated or restarting.
ETA for Fix: ?

There's a lot of buff bugs right now for every profession, they devs are working on them but I can't say when they'll finally get all the kinks worked out of the system. Their making progress, but every change they make to the system seems to cause more problems to fix.. may be a while.
