Is there a way to transfer ownership of a player owned cantina without picking it up? I had heard there was.

Try the /transferstructure command, but I'm pretty sure the recipient needs to be a master dancer, musician or chef.

Heheh, ok you're not such a schmuck then. 
You have to have the person you want to transfer to close by and targetted when you issue the command. For some structures (like factories) they need to be REALLY close.

another question about the /transferstructure command
will it effect the decore or any of the vendors (have vendors for several people in there) also how does it effect the admin list...
I'm assuming you have to have the person you are transfering to on the admin list.

Everything stays the same. Decor, vendors, etc. Everyone stays on the admin list except the person transfering the structure.
