Is it possible for a non-master Dancer with Techniques 4 to give a two hour mind buff? If so, about how long would someone have to watch for?

No, no change, heck you could use basic and your would still get the same effect.

All you would get is a 75% of the mind buffed, and as far as how long it would take, would be the same as a master dancer, the fastest is 3m 20sec is you choice to use like poplock or lower, without any buffs.

Thanks. I read the answer for the first question in the FAQ after I posted, but it looks like you replied while I was editing.

I think I'll do my original plan of Master Dancer then.
