From the Chef board, info is still coming in on all the new foods:

T'ssolok:

Quant: 3

Fill: 44

Reduces the amount of time it takes for an entertainer to give a buff to another player.

+21% reduction for 8 min.

The entertainer healing boost food is still in. One can only hope that there will be a +dancing skill food somewhere in the Chef tree.

What I find neat about this is that the current in-game description of the drink has it being a twi'lek specialty. Kind of nice they gave it an entertainer type bonus.

It's entirely possible that the % increase can be experimented on. Most of the info coming out of Test right now is stuff made from not necessarily the best components and not necessarily experimented on just to see what new effects food have.

I'm hoping that it can be made better, will have to wait and see.

Duration 8 minutes? That's funny...that's how long it takes me to do a buff now. So instead of taking 8 minutes it will take me 6.32 minutes? (8 * .21 = 1.68, 8 minute buff - 1.68 minutes = 6.32 minutes).

Nice idea, but it would be great if it decreased the amount of time needed by 50%, not 21. To me, almost 6-1/2 minutes is pretty close to 8 minutes. Maybe customers will disagree.

If you look at the filling it says 44, thats a percentage and means you can drink it twice. Probably to double its effects.

I am a master chef. The dancers in my city have asked me to provide foods to help in the buffing process. I have made th T'ssolok mentioned in this thread. The stats can be experimented on. What I ended up with was a product with about 33% reduction in time, about 10 minutes duration, and 40% filling. This was made with BE components and hq resources. My question is: Which stats do you feel need improvement most. When I experimented I spent points on each of the aforementioned stats. Would it be better if I concentrated on just one of the stats? Also, other than the action and stamina buff food mentioned here, are there any other products that you know of that would be beneficial to our dancers/musicians. My cities entertainers always have access to doctors who can provide regular buffs on these stats so the foods seem somewhat unnecessary.

Accarragm is still the nicest treat you can make for your Dancer and Musician friends. Even though they normally have access to Doc buffs, Accarragm is still really useful for those times when you don't have a quickness buff yet or your Quickness Buff just ran out.

T'ssolok just isn't really all that useful yet. Sciguy has talked about some other cool Ent Treats he'd like to see, so maybe either T'ssolok will become more useful or we'll see something new for us at some point. For now though, Accarragm please! By the case if you don't mind, thank you very much!

My understanding (hasn't been any official documentation on this) is that T'ssolok has to be drank by the patron who is watching the entertainer, not the entertainer. I haven't tested it in a couple of months but when I did, it did not work. You may want to check with SciGuy about this. (one of my alts is chef/be)

Also, Scrimpi is great for when your accarragm buff has dropped but your fill won't let you drink anymore. In that Scrimpi is a food and it can be eaten when you can not drink.

with a doc buff, this food doesn't make a difference, there is still to my knowledge an absolute limit of 2 minutes to apply buff. Now if you get a doc buff, and do 5 flourishes every 10 seconds and you really don't reduce time much unless you can get below that 2 minute cap. Its also too filling, with 2 accaragm i can spam flourishes for about 40 minutes instead of a 10 minute, keep drinking these and i won't have room for accaragm. Its a nice idea, but a mind enhancement food would have been better received by the community, even if it were only a few points. I remember i was a chef at the time of the chef patch and i was iniatially excited about this, but that soon faded as i tested it. I think dancer/musical mind enhancement plus 10 could fetch alittle and provide an extra tip. Maybe something can be mentioned to the powers in charge /poke panthu.

I didn't useT'ssolok months ago and I probably won't in the future. Some people liked it but I never found the reduction in time to be worthwhile.

Someone mentioned Accarragm. This is great for your action. I used it whenever I have some. It's like a mini-buff that last for about 1/2 hr or so.

I used T'ssolok some time ago and got not one second in reduced time... I had heard it was bugged but just ended up destroying it as it did nothing other than fill my stomach.

It is bugged, I have a bunch of this, @ 42% reduction, but with buffs @ 3m 20sec as the fastest buff time, it's hardly worth the effort to use it though.
