This forum generates a lot of debate, and that's a good thing, it's how we discuss issues, come to conclusions and improve ourselves. Recently, however, a lot of those debates are starting to drift into personal attacks, and this needs to stop.
Debate all you want, but debate about the issues. Don't make it personal. Attack the issue at hand, not the people debating with you. Don't make generalizations that will insult people and don't ever post when you're hot under the collar. Stand up, take a walk and cool off before coming back with a clear head. When people respond to your posts and seem to attack you, make sure it's not just your interpretation of the post. If they are attacking you, don't attack back. Keep the subject on the issue, and if they persist, discontinue the discussion.
We can do great things as a community if we don't spend our time biting each other's heads off. Please be civil to your peers. We're all on the same side.
Yah, I'm guilty of this stuff too.

And personal disagreements are best solved/solved faster via PM anyway.
I find people to be a lot more civil in PMs then they are on the boards, and easier to reason with - including myself lol.
