i cant find a action button for direct performance inywhere in ctrl + a so would someone please help this dum dum and tell me how you do it ?

Target someone and type /setperform or make a macro with that to use as a hotkey. I believe all the information you could want that we have at least is in the thread stickied at the very top about how to apply buffs, I'd recommend reading it.

/setp for short(I don't think you can shorten it any more then that though..)

which will list ALL commands. Pretty neat, even though it may not be too helpful since it does not tell what they do.
