I like to propose, that the Animation, non-Dancers/non-Entertainers unse gets altered from

this Ballet-like circling to the Basic-Danceloop. So 2 people who want to dance WITH eacvh

other can stand face to face and execute this. Might liven up any ball. I mean, we have ball gowns,

but how to dance WITH the Charming Bountyhunter or whateveer, who is NO Novice Entertainer.

Not such a bad idea, you can allready loop the animation by hand but thats not all that much fun. I say give them /dance and /dance loop, the loop would only spam the "dances about the area" message once and give them the basic base dance loop. I can't see the harm perhaps even toss a bit of fl 1 at the end of the loop the boogie turn part. So it would go like this "basic base dance/boogie turn" looped over and over. One could argue though if they want to be able to dance like this then spend the 15pts for novice ent though.

I agree. Let everyone do a "basic" dance, without having to spend the points in entertainer. They shouldn't heal wounds with it, of course, but it might liven things up a bit in cantinas and parties.

I agree with this. Non dancers don't tend to be all that graceful, ya know? But sometimes you juts wanna do a little ditty to the song in your head.

I personally think /boogie should be flourish 1 of basic. Just that, nothing else. Simply because when you boogie, you don't do the same thing you do when you cheer someone on. ^-^

<giggle> the boogie turn is the first half of flourish 1 in basic, so they would loop the normal base dance and toss the little turn in at the end. No floruishes and no healing for them just a nice little looping dance they can do.

I'll throw my 2 credits in here. I've thought about this from day one and rather like the idea, wasn't sure how to best impliment it tho without taking away from Dancers. Giving them basic would be okay I guess.. would love to hear any ideas you all have on this. Perhaps giving them the base dance of a few of our dances with no flourishes? Basic is so dorky lookin not sure many would want to use it, heheh

Well basic too me looks like most people on a real dance floor, tossing the little turn at the end would make it look even more like real non dancers. Anything more and the can poney up the points to buy novice entertainer

Just basic with the boogie turn sounds great! Maybe even a bit of "staying alive."
I can't help but look a little jealous when I see non-dancers do lyrical alot better than I can. Plus it would stop people from moaning about looking "gay" when doing the /dance emote.

I would limit it to just the basic base dance though with possibly two /flo's max.

who were never in dance school in RL.. just move to the Music. No Heal no nothing, just for fun.
