Thread: An idea to come across the smuggler forums. Whatcha all think?

Yeah, I get kind of annoyed too when people walk into a Cantina and start automatically talking about pulling in red mobs to kill all the AFKers... I always want to say "Boo!", but I don't. I tell them that it would kill me and all of the other ATK non-Unarmed Ents too (unless they have their certed weap in hand to avoid falls *sigh*).
I don't really think the linked thread was anti-Ent though. I usually think anything the other classes have to say about making Dancers or Cantinas more fun for them is a good thing and something we should support. We are much more likely to get Dev time if people care about us on any level.
(I don't actually think an "AFK Headshot" would ever be made, but if it was I would think we would all just sit down for a Bio Break... we can stop dancing you know. 
The Cantina Brawler is more likely I'd think... there's a lot of ways that could be cool.)
It's just an amusing idea someone had for those "entertainers" who start a macro complete with spam (you know the ones) with the sole intent of going afk. I really just wanted to see what you all thought of it. But maybe I'm biased.Next week, when Good Threads turn Bad.
Doesn't incapp them.. just dumps their macro so they will stop what they are doing and eventually go LD.
Nope... I didn't take that thread as anti-entertainer at all. I took itas pro-entertainer.
I saw a line of posts of people who wanted to take the cantinas back from the AFK throngs and give them back to live performers, and have a place for smugglers and other characters to relax, playand socialize... which is difficult to do amidst the constant tip/heal spam, and crowds of AFK.
If smugglers got /cantinashot, I'd just have to pick up some smuggler...

Hmm, could this lead to a new kind of griefing? I mean, if the AFK Dancing spambots were deathblowed, would that mean they'd just clone and start spamming at the nearest cloning center??
