Thread: Can you mind buff ANYWHERE like in the streets of a town, or do you have to be in a cantina?

I am curious if you can mind buff someone anywhere you want? I use to see people buffing in the streets if I recall but I am not sure.. Also can you do the same thing with musican buffs not being ina cantina and buffing anywhere? I know you cant remove BF from people unless you are in a cantina, but I think you can buff people anywhere. I am mainly talking about say in a major City like bestine just standing around outside the starport? Anyone have a clue regarding this issue?

You can only buff where you can heal mind wounds. (Not battle fatigue - meaning camps can be used.) The people buffing in the streets tend to be doctors.
Note that there ARE outdoor places you can perform and actually heal BF and mind wounds in some cities. (Verini Island is the only onw I know off the top of my head)

If you havn't preformed here check it out. It's also a POI. 
We had a fantastic player event here that turned into a full blown Cantina Crawl. Anyone else know of any other outdoor venues? If there are more maybe we can post them in another thread.

I'll have to grab a CM to mind disease me, then try going dancing in anything outside that looks remotely venue-ish.
