Yes that works, only thing is that they use more Action since they have to pay for the bandflo and the normal flo

Yes that is how it should work. I've never tested it as such. I really didn't bandflo until after I mastered and with the time involved getting healing xp I capped my dancer xp shortly there after and never really noticed it. I'll have to ask Dran about this one and have him check it out.

As far as I know, you do not get XP for your own flo if you are doing the bandflo anim... it should tell you that you are already flourishing.
If I am wrong on this, please clear me up.

Ok now from like forever ago I played around with bflos and flourishes and I was positve that like with music if during an xp tic you have a group of dancers all doing the same dance and you bflo so they are all doing the bandflourish that if they hit their flourish they still got the same xp as if they were doing their flourish... aka

xp tic hits they all get same xp as if they had done the animation for their /flo #
Am I off ? did something change ? am i really confused ?

As I understand it, yes... that's how it's supposed to work. Though I've only tested it briefly, so I can't give the definitive answer on if it's still working correctly.
