I have reached a conclusion... the Dev's don't read the boards... I've heard correspondents say that are not allowed to post due to various reasons... This is nice and all except I have no proof that the devs even read these boards...

The Dev'sdon't post and if they did read these boards... I personally believe for the sake of maintaining their customer base... that we'd have more change... sure we are a minority of that base... but the number one rule in business is customer satisfaction... "The customer is always right!"

From what I've read on these boards the last few months, Entertainers as a whole aren't very satisfied. Sure the game has problems... It was better before Holocrons... Am I completely satisfied? Not at all... but unlike many on these boards...

I deal...

These boards were built for constructive posts... thatare read to my knowledge...

If you want to spend you time helping your profession, take the time you spend on these boards...take the posts you write on these boards... Copy them into a Word document and click Print... Then grab an envelope and put the document inside... Seal it and mail it to this adress:

Sony Online Entertainment, Inc.
8928 Terman Court
San Diego, CA 92121

Adress it to an SWG Dev... Kevin O'hara is likely the best option at this point.

That is how it is done folks... ifyou want to be heard. If you take your posts from the boards and the time you spendwriting them and for one day put that disatisifaction and time towards a letter, you'll achieve much more than all your posts on these boards.

P.S. I've borrowed this idea from Warplex on the Musician boards, but it needs more attention!

I think that you, and Warplex, are right about this.

As I have said before, I also think this is a good idea. There are many channels. The forums and the Correspondents are just one.

/whisper Clue me in with a PM if you get any useful info in a reply.
