When Patch 9 hit and it severely nerfed BH JustG was in the BH forum and promising a quick fix before most people even knew there was any problem. But here we have three professions, two of them Elite profession in near melt-down and not one word from a DEV. Their silence is our answer, we are an unwanted and unneeded distraction to them and they would prefer we all just AFKed our time away. With the growing monopoly of AFK buff-bots the DEV team can now declare the social gameplay experiment a complete sucess, we are working as intended.

Additionally, today our Lead Programmer assigned himself all of your open bugs, so they will be fixed at some point in time, as soon as we can.

I wouldn't compare entertainer attention to bh attention. While I do feel entertainersdesperately need some loving, I'm really happy for what the bh's are getting. I've been a dancer for quite a few months now, but I'm also a former master bh. No profession is as restrictive in skill points as bh. Currently, it's impossible to be a master bh and hold another elite title. For a long time they couldn't even hunt jedi, a large part of the profession of which a whole skill tree is devoted to, missions werebugged, droids broken, etc, and it's one of the hardest professions to master. One of the reasons I dropped bh was because I felt so limited with what I could do in the game. Dancer at least allows me master another profession.

I'm happy to see changes in other professions, because hopefully it means it's one change closer to entertainer.

I don't begrudge the BH one moment of attention. What I am complaining about it the lack of attention to not one, not two but three entire professions, two of them elite professions. And not just three professions but an entire playstyle. The social play style was supposed to be one of the great draws of SWG, a grand experiment and a new way to play MMORPGs. The DEVs don't even need to make any grand promises such as they've made for other professions, we would be happy with just some acknowledgement that there is a problem and they are aware of it, but we aren't worth the two minutes it would take to say that.

And as to being broken from the start, Dancer, an elite profession, has never even been finished, the highest dances are three quarters unfinished and nothing has been done to address that since day one. Four of our dances are virtually worthless because they do not display to the audience properly, instead of the lovely smooth dance we se they see us stumbling drunkenly. Buffing has been poorly implemented and then was broken with patch8 and nothing has been done about it. We deserve at least the level of attention that is given any other profession and we aren't getting it. And now we have officials from SOE giving rewards and commendations to players that practice what everyone has agreed is the single greatest threat to our professions, AFK buff-bots.
