Cliffhanger over - I tested my approval rating hypothesis, and succeeded easily witha rating of 462.
Upon successfully completing the quests, I received the message, "[TESTING] A winnar is yuo! Reward text and items to be implemented soon". Yes, misspellings and all.
Now, here's the question I put forth. Do we, as a community, want to hear my spoiler for how to easily get high approval ratings todo the performance parts, or leave the fun of discovery to each individually? I won't just post it, in case it would ruin anything for anyone... unless the vast majority really wants a spoiler here.

Post it in Game Guides suitably marked as a Spoiler. Include Background info about the entire quest structure if need be, and call it good. Appropriate info in the appropriate place.

That is the way to do it... but, this is still on test so normally it should wait... on the other hand, this is something we are still trying to have a dialog about... sooo, whatever you guys and Deila decide is fine with me. Just let me know where discussion is happening if it's something you want us to work on in the Corre Forum.

Deila, I have to ask. I can't load test center on my machine. Is this going to be a joke? Just curious

It's pretty lame, once you know the trick.
Really though... if you look at it as a step up from the helper droids, the quests aren't too bad. If you're looking for master level content, you'll likely be very disappointed. Since we don't yet know what the end reward is, it's hard to say whether I would recommend the quests for experienced entertainers. The quests themselves are pretty unfulfilling in my opinion, but if the reward is, oh.. say a new dance or song, you betcha I'd recommend going through the motions to get these done.
Caveat! Do not get your hopes up of a new dance or song! This was just an example of one type of reward that would evenhave me recommending running entertainer missions from the terminals for 163 credits, if we also got a new dance for doing them. There is no indication yeton TC of what the rewards will be. Just the text I listed above that says the rewards aren't in yet.

Wanted to check, once you got the reward message did the quest reset for you? Mine has reset (again) after the message and I'm going to take a crack at failing the performances in different ways once I get my popularity ranks back. (The public must be so fickle, forgetting me already, lol)
Oh, and did you get any interesting comments from the audience?
I still think the best are the afk dancer swipe (especially given recent events) and the doc tipping one!
For those who haven't heard "Dancers in cantina's always seem... spaced out. Why is that?"
Senom
I'm intrigued as to what you consider to be the trick (I had 512 rating), as I would putthree key pointers rather than one trick.

Senom,
I'll go check for resets tomorrow, and maybe we can get together to creatively fail in interesting ways to test various parameters.
Yes, the "trick" requires a couple of things, but really it's seperated by preparation and execution. Execution was stupidly simple, and I think that the reason I had the score I did rather than exceeding 500was because it took a bit longer to find the second flo (i.e., almost 3/4 of the way through the performance). After creatively failing, it would be fun to see just how high we can push the approvals in success, assuming that my and/or your methods are reliable and repeatable.
I'll compare notes with you again tomorrow on TC if I see you.

Oh, yes... and I always tip my doc!
Those two audience statements are the best...

Yeah, reading that almost gave me a heart attack. ![]()
And here I thought the reward would be 150 credits, like the standard entertainer missions. I'm glad I was wrong.

I hadn't seen that...
Looks like there's some good news, and some bad news then...
New songs and dances? /heartattackself... no, no... I'll believe it when I actually see it, or this could end up being another huge let down if it doesn't pan out. No more eggs before they're hatched...
Bad news... sometime during publish 10 means that the 9.2 schedule is pushed back a bit more.
Better than nothing...
