Okie, this is the third time I've noticed this, and I have to ask.

Are you supposed to be able to recover Battle Fatigue in PA Halls?

I've only seen my own Battle Fatigue disappear while performing in a PA Hall [haven't had a chance to test on other yet].

Is this supposed to happen? Am I just insane?

Yes. You should be able to heal BF as well as mind wounds in any player city building except the medical center (and the outdoor stage part of the theater), and in any house or PA hall.

I heal my BF in our PA hall all the time, both for myself and my alt. Is it not working for you?

All private buildings are BF Healing zones... we lay low.

(It may change, I don't think it's in our best interest to push this point right now though*shrug*)

Wow. That's a surprise to me

. Not a big issue to me, just was a shock when it worked and I thought it was supposed to just be wound heals. Thanks.

It's my understanding that any RESIDENCE allows you to heal BF, tend wounds, etc. so a PA hall that the owner didn't declare residence in, you wouldn't be able to heal BF in. but, since PA's take 9 lots (tatt 7), it's usually people's residense.
