I'm ranting. I have worked my rear off to make Novice Dancer. I've been in cantinas dancing and flourishing and working without the use of macros, and that's not easy!

So, finally, I make Novice Dancer. YAY! And then I realize I have no use for my Brawling skill. I click on brawling and then click surrender skill.

Anyone want to take a wild guess what skill ended up being surrendered?

I was absolutely FURIOUS. I had no clue what to do. Now I'm stuck working back up towards Novice Dancer. Sigh.

Dancing's a chore until I hit it again,. Wee! Anyone ever have anything similar? I hope not, no one deserves this!

What happened is you changed the category but you still had novice dancer selected. This is perhaps a bug, that they should clear the selection when you switch category. Use /bug to report it.

Yeah, I figured. What annoys me is I clicked on the brawler skillbox, or thought I did. It's a pain in the butt. Haven't /bug'd it, but I sent in a ticket. Ah well.

OMG! Thanks for sharing this one - was there even a confirmation box, "Do you really want to surrender Novice Dancer skill?"

I haven't reached that point yet but I will now that I'm TKA. The thought of losing Master Dancer makes me think I'd hit the Cancel button so fast ...

No, surrendering a skill has no confirmation box.

There's a confirmation box, but it's "Are you sure you want to surrender skill?" if I remember right. Doesn't tell you WHAT skill.
