Hi. I made a master dancer and have been playing with my macros to do flourish combos that look good.

Came here looking for tips to try out and didn't find any.

So, I'm asking.

Which flourish combo's do you like best with which dances?

In Popular, I like the combo 8-7-8-7-2. I also like 3-4-5-3-4-5.

Mostly it depends on the song being played by the musicians though. For instance 2 works great with some songs but 7 might not go with them, or vice versa. And certain combos of dance steps work better with certain combos of music. So it depends what the musicians are up to.

Well I am a master dancer and have been for sometime. I enjoy dancing. I would just like some assistance in choreography, Ihave tried numerous ideas that I have come up with to do it, but nothing has worked. If someone could just tell me how to write it, not even what looks good just how to write it, I would greatly appreciate it. such as how to go from dance to dance to show the respected flourishes I want and how to write the flo's in. Or even a webiste with some assistance.

The very best way to get some sequences down is to work in conjunction with 1 or 2 other master dancers and practice. Try things you wouldn't expect to be part of dancing - like using /emote animations before you start, or a pet snake. Bring plenty of changes in outfits and have the whole dance troupe do a Smokebomb at the same time, then change to the same outfit simultaneously before the smoke clears.

Really, I'm becoming convinced that Dancer is not a solo profession at any time. Sure, I can dance in a cantina and heal everyone's mind and BF, but to me the real essence of Dancing is to put on a show. And the best shows are synchronized shows with matching outfits where everyone knows which flourishes work and which don't.

Pet peeve: Master Dancers who do /bandflo 5 during Exotic. Exotic only has 2 different flourishes (2 and 3 are the same), and the other flourishes are inconsistent. They mess up the visual!
