Esquisite Ecotic Leotard? Might have the name wrong. From the looted schematic.
As a Master Dancer, just what does this do that regular dancing bio-clothes don't? Worth the credits?

I've got two; one was won in a drawing, the other was made by my tailor character. I only wear it when buffing my boyfriend &the buddies he pvp's with. The style itself has been overused and I like looking at least a little unique. They usually request it and it's become a bit of a joke with us. I'm sure they like it more for the visual than for the 5% higher buff.
While the other loot schematic tailor items sell off my vendor like mad, I've not sold a single Exquisite Leotard and I don't really plan to. But I've given a few away. There are 2 on my vendors right now. Both are waiting for the right ATKdancers to come along to receiveone as a prezzie.

In addition to the Mind enhancement, they also have a Battle Fatigue healing bonus (+5 I think). You can't get that with BE either, but I think it probably just allows to heal BF a little faster. Of course if a tailor can also enhance it and turn the +5 dance healing into +25, but that's just a minor perk that lets you heal mind wounds a bit faster.

The Exquisite Leotard has one main thing that BE clothing does not.
+5% Mind Enhancement
Which means that at Master, you can buff for 105% of the patron's mind rather than the usual 100%.
Is it worth the credits? Depends on the price, I think. Some dancers just like to be able to say that they have higher buffing capapbilities than the next competitor, and if money is no object, that's all fine and good. You have to think about whether you can charge more per buff, and/or get more buffing business, to offset the purchase price.
A 5% bonus means that a customer with base mind of 1000 would get a buff to 2050 with the leotard, rather than 2000 without - an extra 50 points. Base mind of 400 yields an extra 20 points to the final total (820 vs. 800 without leotard)... you get the idea. The bonus is fairly small, but it's there.
Granted, the few extra mind pool points probably aren't enough to charge an extra 1k for buffs. However, if you don't mention the actual pool points added, sometimes people are willing to pay an extra 1k for 105%, because it's better than 100%... and for some, that's enough.
All that said, I have two of them (both were gifts), and actually rarely wear them when I buff. In my experience (and this is just in my personal experience), I get just as many clients with or without the leotard, and my customers generally tip me much more than the going rates whether they get a few extra points to mind or not. Depends on your clients... if they're hardcore PvP, where every slight additional edge counts, you might get premium pricing to work. If they're more sociable or roleplaying types of players, you'll get better tips for being ATK and witty, charming and attentive... an extra couple of mind pool points isn'tlikely to affect their tipping one way or the other.
