I have acquired a +11 to danceing mind enhancement.
what should this do though? I am still getting the same 2 hour mind buff.

The buff will be 11% better with it than without. Duration is never changed.

Give it to an ATK entertainer. They put it in a socket on their clothing. When they buff you you would then get 111% buff.

Put it up for auction on your Flurry Trade forum, you might be able to get some good $$ for it.

The entertainer wears this, not the person recieving the buff. Bug me in game if you need a more detailed description or want a demonstration.

Out of curiosity, what did you loot this from? I want to tear through some NPCs soon to acquire as many of these tapes as possible to hand out to the long-time (or very newer, but dedicated) ATK entertainers on Scylla. Forget force crystals, I want to give better buffs!
I know the drops are random, but it never hurts to have a starting point
