Well i haven't said much in this forum but have done much reading in it and have been supportive of our efforts to make entertainers game experience better. But over the past few weeks I have been mulling over many issues and possibilites. And have found i dont spend much time dancing anymore. I love being able to dance its the only reason i joined tempest server was to develop an entertainer and I am more proud of being ATK for 99.99% of my way through Dancer.
ATK chat on tempest is there and stickied now with autojoin it can thrive.
My husband and I had made great plans to be a great entertaining duo but having been away for a few days and finding him spending less time playing i find myself doing things by myself more often. I was trying to find the tapes to create a +25 mind enhancement outfit for both of us but i cant possibly do it with out him and we just dont seem to be able to get together to go to dungeons and run missions like we did when we were dating.
So after consulting many of my friends and having them tell me my own advice to them back to me. I have decided to hang up my slippers and retire from dancing. Dancing had been the thing that identified myself since november of last year on tempest. I am so happy that I was a master dancer for the past several months and had my name listed amongst so many others that i have met on tempest.
I hope that everything they promised us comes to pass. Maybe i will be able to come back to dancing when things change.

Reolae,
First of all, I'd like toapplaud you for choosing a very challenging profession and trying to make it work for you. Anyone who sticks with this thing for as long as you have deserves my respect. Because I think you know already that these professions are HARD professions to play, and require skills that are totally different than any other experience. Know also that the true skills of the dancer do not leave you when you drop your skills. They are within the player him or herself. So explore the other aspects of the game. The other professions are a breeze compared to this one, and are fun in their own ways as well. And if you ever decide to give this thing a go once more, you will be doubly prepared to make the most of it from the day you visit the entertainment trainer.
