Thread: Where does everyone entertain on TC and TC2 currently?

I've been trying to log on and see the new dance/hear the new song/see the props, etc, but the cantinas are empty practically everywhere, and with a lack of blue frogs(
!) I can't see them myself yet. Where would be a good place to go to see people?

Well, the time I write this the whole "In testing" log-in server is down, so you cannot log in to any test server at all.
On TestCenter the most likely place to find entertainers is NU (New Unity, a player city new Theed, Naboo) cantina. The best other places to look for are SS (Skystone, near Mos Entha, Tatooine) and DC (Dragons Call, near Bestine, Tatooine) cantina. Personally I try to entertain as much as I can in Skystone; simply because it is the loveliest cantina and the place where I live on Tatooine.
TestCenter has not yet fully recovered from a heavy blow to both its economy and player base while it was mothballed, but time continued to run. Thus, the available entertainer outfits for sale are limited. Best try using the bazaar... it lead me mostly to DC recently.

Once the TC's are back online you can find most of TC-Prime's entertainers in the cantina of New Unity which is located west northwest of theed.

Does this mean that while TC was mothballed that things kept running real time? Did people lose buildings, harvesters, and such because maintenance ran out?

We've got some really awesome entertainers on TC and they're great at picking up bugs. I'm really thankful for them. Because of their diligence, I can focus on making sure bug information gets repeated in all the appropriate places and collecting data so I can answer everyone's questions when things change for us. Most of my dancing on TC is done on the roof of the PA hall or on my yacht (making sure we work in space as well as we doon the ground) so I can compile all that data in logs while I mumble to myself.

Exactly
When TC was acessible again everyone was completely broke, harvesters were burning or gone, items on vendors were expired. We still had our skills but we - especially the crafters, but since you may have three character per account on TC everyone is crafter - lost everything.

Actually it wasn't that worse. TC's time didn't run all the time. After the CU we "only" lost all vendorstock because something went wrong with the restoration of our data. But that was bad enough and yes, we are still recovering from that lowblow. The real damage was done by so many players leaving TC and they only slowly come back. But they do come back and we see many new faces there, too.

Had one toon in NU and the other in Eisley. We had a full group in Eisley but most were fairly new. Thanks to Edana for helping us all along.
Noticed that I did not get music xp in NU while dancing but I trained 3 boxes of music in Eisley without having played. Mixed group of entertainers in both places (all on Prime). Neither toon had an instrument equipped although the toon in Eisley had a prop(s) equipped.
