Im on Tatoonie and I was wondering where the locations areof the Dancer Trainers.

Look for a town that has a theater. I think you can search for this in the planetmap (cntr-V). The dancer trainers are in the Theater.

Usually the advanced music/dancer trainers are in the Theater.

So just do a /find and choose guild hall-theater and you'll be all set.
