So I finally racked up enough points totrain indancing techniques I, and was all excited to finally have my own light show . . but as I started putting the lights up during my dance, I noticed there was no xp return on the use of the lights!?!?!

Am I doing something incorrect?

I hope this is not what was intended . . .I know of no other profession that has a branch of the skill tree where you get no xp fora skill.

Can anyone enlighten me?

You don't get any xp for the light shows. Sorry. All they do is look pretty and use up action.

Thanks why I went up the knowledge tree first.

I wish they would make them last for about 5 to 10 sec not the 1-3 second burst you get now. It might make it more worth while.

Sorry, but have you seen what the techniques look like at level IV? I don't think you could ask for much more.

As far as them not giving xp... that is why you should go up the knowledge tree first. You will already be getting 100+ xp with the ommni box if you are in a group, what more could you want. What the techniques do, ultimately, is enable you to put on a great show. Like I said, once you see them at level IV you won't care whether they give xp or take xp away... they are great.

I was sooo glad to see this posted! I am a master ent and am working up the dancer tree. My wound and fatigue lines are climbing fast and the technique and knowledge are crawling. Other than flourishes, I dont know what I'm missing to help the knowledge/technique sides move faster. When you say you moved up these ends first, what did you do?
