I have a small macro setup for my dancer that goes through each of the 8 flourish, with a short pause inbetween each, and it does this 3 times before my dancer has to rest.

My dancer is a wookie, with 1200 action, 550 quickness, and 500 stamina.

Now when I am doing the flourishes, using Poplock 2 dance, I see 25 action used per flourish, but then sometimes I see 50 action get used up real quick after that. Where is this 50 coming from? I have dance tech 1 so I have the spotlights and such in the macro also, but those are different action costs. My macro used to work just fine, but now I am running out of action before it ends.

Any help on this would be great. Thanks.

The 25 action per tick is from just dancing the flourishs are what cause the 50 action per flourish damage. If you just danced poplock2 for a certain length of time you would still recieve the 25 per tick but not the 50 per flourish. When dancing I normally see two 25's and 1 50 per upper dance flourish since flourish's generally take more than one tick each.

Okay.. Ndainye is close here but not right on the mark. The lower numbers are the action cost for each flourish you do. Turn off band flourishes and watch, every time you hit a flourish button you'll see a number, most likely in the 20's, roll off. That is your cost to use that flourish. The larger number you see additionally once every 10 seconds or so is the action cost for dancing. So if you do no flourishes then just the larger number will tick off every 10 seconds, about that. But none of the smaller 20's because you aren't flourishing.

Speaking only from a healing perspective, dancing without flourishes is more efficient.

Speaking from an exp perspective, you have to flourish to get exp.

Speaking from an entertainment/ and getting tips perspective, who the heck wants to watch someone that doesn't flourish? Talk about boring.

Hope this helps!
