The skill tapes that can be added to clothing can help increase mind enchancement buffs. I'm master dancer and have a +5 Dancer Mind Enchancement tape in my exoitc leotard. Tested it today and the lucky wookie recipient had his mind points increase by 105% (100% from Master Dancer + 5% from leotard tape).
