I do not know if anyone has come across this, but I have been finding I get less XP for dancing on occassion. For example, dancing alone I get 37 XP for exotic2. Sometimes, though, I get only 35 XP.

Through experimentation, I found it occurs after I buff people, either active or passive. The cure is to simply stop dancing and start again, but this is annoying.

I was wondering if anyone else has come across this? I did file a bug report. Thank you.

Off hand I would say the mystry si solved it happens after you buff people because they stop watchign you. You get a bonus while people watch you.

No, that is not it. My base XP for exotic2is 37 with no one watching and performing alone. Normally, when people watch, it goes to 40 for one person, then back to 37 afterward. With buffing, it goes up to 40 for oneas usual, then comes down to 35, not 37.

I always speculate that there is a slight randomizer to throw us all off.

But it's only speculation.

In times like that, I blame it on malicious faeries intent on knitting a sweater out of my chest hairs, but my therapist disagrees. I bet he's in on it!

But I have no explanation for that. If you are in the same place with no watchers and getting different results for the same action, I am inclined to believe in randomization. Or a funky formula with some variables that we just cannot see (which is, in effect, what a randomizer is, as well).

Love Star Wars, but the few role-players I could find on the servers were outnumbered by powergamers who wanted only l337 l00t and mad skillz. I can't justify paying $15 a month to play a game by myself.
Still cares enough to interject an opinion, though.

Nah, strikes me as a bug. Just wanted people aware of it, see if it hits them, too, or if I am alone in this--indicating something is up with ME. Well, poor choice of words, but still gets the point across.
