I read the FAQ's...and it says to flourish constantly....if you were to put a pause in it (for a macro), what would be a good number...5? 2? Thanks!

To max out your exp, do 2 fourishes per tick (10 seconds = 1 tick). A tick is how often you recieve exp for entertaining.

Double flourishing works only for Music, not dance. If you double flourish dance, the 2nd flourish will be ignored.
How long a pause you need depends on the dance. You need about 16 seconds between Floursh 2 instances in Exotic 2.
Dance your highest dance and do 30 consecutive flourishes, singles not doubles, and you will apply the full buff. If you work this out it perfectly gels with what Ravenmist posted. RM posted 8 minutes for a full buff, flourishing non-stop. 16 seconds a flourish x 30 flourishes = 480 seconds = 8 minutes.
If you do a dance with longer flourishes (e.g. Lyrical) it will take longer, and with shorter flourishes (e.g. Popular2) it will be faster, BUT, notice that you get a better "stick" to the buff with a higher dance, so if you can do Exotic, do it.
